  2. 7 to 14 days before

    Calibration

    A private session with Rob to name the decision you are carrying and set your intention, so you arrive already pointed at what matters.

  3. Four days in Furnas

    The reset

    Breathe, move, connect. Body first, then movement in raw nature, then an honest room of eight. The coach brings the method. The room pressure tests your thinking. You do the deciding.

  4. After you leave

    Integration

    A private calibration after the reset, so the clarity survives contact with your calendar.

October is full. Is it worth enquiring now?

Yes. Enquiries are open for future experiences, and there is only one cohort per season, so places are few. Writing to us now simply starts the conversation. It commits you to nothing.

Who reads my enquiry?

The founders, Miguel and Tiago, personally. Every enquiry is then reviewed with Rob Paynter, our executive coach, who leads each guest’s private calibration before and after the reset.

Do I need a decision in mind?

Not a finished one. If you know your decision quality has quietly declined, that is enough to begin. If you join a cohort, your calibration with Rob, 7 to 14 days before you arrive, helps name what you are carrying.

Is it right for me?

It is built for founders and senior leaders who are high performing but mentally saturated, and willing to step away from control for the full programme. It is not a holiday, and it is physical: breathwork, cold exposure and movement in raw nature are part of the week.

How the reset works

How long is the experience?

Four days on the island, with a private calibration before you arrive and another after you leave. Each experience is tailored to each cohort.

What does it cost?

We don’t publish a price. It is shared personally once we have spoken: each experience is shaped around its cohort, and the first step is making sure it is the right fit, for you and for the room.

Where is it, and how do I get there?

Furnas, a geothermal valley in the east of São Miguel, in the Azores. The island’s airport is Ponta Delgada (PDL), about 45 minutes’ drive away. Logistics are shared personally once your place is confirmed.

Is what I share kept private?

Yes. We only use your information to reply to your enquiry, assess your fit for the cohort, and provide the services you request.

Privacy and Data Protection

Can I bring my team, or my own group?

For the right group, yes. We design a limited number of private experiences each year, for leadership teams, boards and peer circles, at the same standard as our flagship cohort. Tell us about your group and we’ll reply personally to confirm fit.
