02Booking Process

2.1

Places on the Experience are offered by application only. Submission of an enquiry or application does not constitute a booking and no contract exists at that stage.

2.2

Following assessment of your application, The Neighbours Hub may invite you to a private calibration call. Selection is at our sole discretion and we are not obliged to provide reasons for any decision.

2.3

A contract is formed only when you have paid your Deposit and received a written Booking Confirmation from us. Until that point, no binding commitment exists on either side.

2.4

By paying your Deposit you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

03Price and Payment

3.1

The total price for the Experience is £8,000 per person. This price is inclusive of accommodation, all meals throughout the Experience, facilitated sessions, and practitioner programming as specified in your Booking Confirmation.

3.2

The following is explicitly excluded from the price: flights and all travel to and from São Miguel, Azores; travel insurance; personal expenditure; and any optional activities not forming part of the core programme.

3.3

Payment must be made in full or structured as follows:

3.4

Payment must be made by bank transfer or such other method as The Neighbours Hub confirms in writing. All amounts are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP).

3.5

Failure to make any payment by its due date may, at our discretion, be treated as a cancellation by you and the provisions of Section 5 will apply.

06Cancellation by The Neighbours Hub

6.1

The Neighbours Hub reserves the right to cancel the Experience in the following circumstances: force majeure events outside our reasonable control; failure to achieve a minimum of eight confirmed guests; or other circumstances rendering the Experience undeliverable.

6.2

In the event of cancellation by us, all guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to The Neighbours Hub, or the option to transfer their booking to an equivalent future cohort at no additional charge.

6.3

The Neighbours Hub will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by guests, including but not limited to flights, accommodation booked independently, or travel insurance premiums.

6.4

The minimum guest threshold of eight applies to the running of each cohort. Where this threshold is not met, we will endeavour to offer transfer to a future cohort before exercising our right to cancel.

7.3

If you develop a relevant medical condition between the time of booking and the Experience, you must notify us in writing immediately. Failure to disclose a relevant condition may result in your being asked to sit out specific activities without entitlement to any refund.

7.4

The Neighbours Hub and its facilitators reserve the right to exclude any guest from any activity at any time where, in their professional judgement, participation presents a risk to that guest or others. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
